Abstract: ABSTRACT There are numerous web-based education resources currently available for teaching and learning fashion design. However, researches about which should be used and how the education resources should be used for supplementing the teaching and learning of fashion design are rare. This research attempts to explore World Wide Web's capability in lessons and its pedagogically use. The learning outcomes by using World Wide Web in comparison with using traditional ways of teaching method were collected and evaluated. Students' perceptions of whether these education resources impacted positively or negatively on their learning in the course had also been studied. Based on the results of this study, the use of World Wide Web to enhance students' product creativity was supported. Teachers feedback positively and found students have a deeper understanding of the design issues were more innovative and imaginative, and found the web has exerted a deeper impacts on learning strategies and effectiveness.
